Top 10 of 2010!!!

Okay, so over at Amber's Articles You can link up a post with your top 10 (favorite) photos of 2010. They have to be of your kid(s)/pet(s) and I don't think you have to have 10 and 10 only ... but that's the idea of the whole "top 10 of 2010...ya know? But its absolutely hard to pick just 10 photos from a 365 day year...especially for me so I'm gonna do my best to keep it close(ish) to 10 .. here they are in random order!:
This was kinda early summer and a shot from the pool (which I prolly had 500 alone of him in the pool) but this with a high key B&W was a favorite.

(My entry for this week's Macro Friday over at Blogging from Bolivia!)
My son has the most..passionate eyes I've ever seen. I know they're something special, but I'm his Mom and doesn't all Moms think their kids have the biggest best-est bluest eyes?? (or brown or green...etc) but I've had other people tell me that his eyes tell a story..and that he's going to have a gift...we shall see :)
This is our cat, "Mister Man", this was back in the summer when he was still in his kitty stage..now he's all big and fat and fluffy hehe but this is a favorite of him. I dig the bokeh and the focus.

I am placing this photo into Foto Friday, Flashback Friday (since it was several months ago) And Then, She {Snapped} and my "Best Shot" over at Better In Bulk! Out of my top 10 this one just jumps out not only to me but my husband and other family! Enjoy!!!
This was before fall even began but the leaves were already falling and changing. My son was wearing his favorite rubber frog boots and the sun and warmth just added to the photo I think.
This is the coolest cat around. He had on Mommy's glasses because he is just cool like that ;-)
This was our bassett Sarge (RIP) who spent spring and summer with us..he was "the neighborhood dog" meaning he wandered all over the few houses our in our little country community..he got heartworms and we lost him and every kid in the neighborhood cried their little eyes out. It was sad but he was a great doggy!
Love high contrast B&W and that's what I used on this photo! I love the focus of it and his expression and lots of things appeal to me about this photo..
This photo was NOT taken by me, but by my VERY talented friend, Kara Vanover. We are both aspiring photographers and did a trade-off. I took family photos for her and her husband and son and she did the same for me! So we just didn't owe each other anything..we were already paid up. This was my favorite from our shoot :)
This was my handsome lil man all dressed up for church one day I was invited to come sing at a cute little church that some of my in-laws' family attended. (If you didn't know I sang, now you do ;) But he had his courduroy suit on but this was taken after he came outta the jacket..ain't he just handsome!
This was taken with my newest lens (28-85mm w/macro). I LOVE this picture, it's also one of my husband's favorites and it's hanging on our wall in our living room as well. The sepia edit just made it golden. (No pun intended lol)
I know that last photo made 10 but I told ya I'd have more...this photo was from Halloween and it was a favorite of mine even though I had NONE of him smiling because he was so mad that Mom was forcing him to sit for photos..but I still love the vibrant colors and the bokeh!
Christmas 2010
Last one, promise. I had it in a few posts back but it's the more recent fav..I love the pop of all the bright colors and his facial expression!
