I Love my Country!

This year was our son's first "Real" fourth of July. Last year at that time he was just prior to turning seven months old and the fireworks were a scary thing for him. This year was a different story! He has developed his own personality and sense of independence since a year ago and was totally amped about the fireworks this year. Not one ounce of fear! Fourth of July to me is not only a chance to enjoy time around family and watch some awesome fireworks, but also a chance to remember how we came to live the lives we are living today. To look at all our freedoms and appreciate how we got them. To be proud to live in a country where we have so many rights and a democratic voice. It's a chance to just be Americans, wear red, white and blue and support Ole' Glory as she flies in the wind!

Thank you! If I had to only choose one it would've been the shorts, they are my favorite too. And glad to hear that others see this holiday as I do! God Bless!!

Thanks Hollie! Those shorts were a hit and given to me by my friend (and family) Donna! He was our little patriotic boy on the 4th!
